Creative menu design and all groceries for one meal: Custom Mocktail to accompany a wooden board of locally sourced products, Main course and 2 sides, Dessert
Shopping (as local as possible), food preparation, table set up and table service, cleanup of the cooking area
Personal storytelling of the origin and creative meaning behind each dish as it is served

WEEKEND RETREAT
Having a Private Chef during your retreat is the best way to totally focus on what you do best: lead your retreat. I will make sure that your guests are taken care of, while storytelling your brand through the freshness of my food. I will nourish you and your client’s mind and body, helping your energies and concentration.
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
Creative menu design and all groceries for 2 nights/3 days: Signature Mocktail and Dinner (Arrival Day) - Self Serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner or Brunch and Dinner (Day Two) - Self Serve Breakfast and Lunch or Brunch (Day Three)
Shopping (as local as possible), food preparation, table set up and table service, cleanup of the cooking area
Personal storytelling of the origin and creative meaning behind each dish as it is served
Custom guest intake form

7-16 guests: €300 +VAT per person per week end *
2-6 guests: flat rate package €1500 +VAT *
STORYTELLING EXTENDED RETREAT
For longer retreats (4-10 days), I use the same approach as the Weekend Retreat package, adding a deeper connection to it. Having more time to spend together, I get to know you and your guests better, allowing me to help discover their interests and expand on their food curiosities. The level of storytelling gets deeper and more aligned with the work you are doing, becoming an integral part of the retreat.
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
Creative menu design and all groceries: custom mocktail and dinner with welcome cake (Arrival Day), 3 daily meals for duration of retreat with goodbye cake and plated dinner on the last evening, breakfast and lunch or brunch (Final Day)
Shopping (as local as possible), food preparation, table set up and table service, cleanup of the cooking area
Personal storytelling of the origin and creative meaning behind each dish as it is served
Custom guest intake form
